CHRISTIAN LEADERSHIP COACHING · ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT
Work With Mike
Two ways to work together: forming the leader, and forming the organization.
FOR CHRISTIAN ENTREPRENEURS AND EXECUTIVES
Integrated Leadership Journey
Strategy and spiritual guidance in one engagement. Built on the principles of Intention and Stability, and on Benedict’s Ladder of Humility.
How it works
1 · Discernment conversation. We decide together whether this is the right season.
2 · Your Faith Connected Strengths Report. VIA Character Strengths and CliftonStrengths, read through a faith lens.
3 · Your Strategic RULE. A plan for your business that begins with reflection, not targets.
4 · Eight sessions. Scheduled as you need them, no more often than every two weeks. [Online, in person in Sioux Falls]
You leave with a plan for your business and a Personal Rule of Life for yourself: one integrated life instead of two.
“Mike Ferrell’s business coaching has brought a greater sense of fulfillment to the way we manage relationships with our future, current, and past clients, our team, and the work we do every day. The foundational wisdom of Mike’s coaching model continues to make a positive impact on our entire team. Most importantly, it reminds us that our clients are more than clients; they are relationships we genuinely value and want to nurture.” — Paul Reynolds, Reynolds Construction Management
FOR LEADERSHIP TEAMS AND ORGANIZATIONS
Integrated Organization
Community, Excellence and Profound Hospitality for leadership teams, with culture and strategy built together. Training and team coaching, measured with the Competing Values Framework.
The five stages
1 · Culture Read. Where your culture stands and where the grumbling comes from.
2 · Community. Dignity, listening, shared commitment, and the team’s Strategic RULE plan.
3 · Excellence. The plan’s strategies put to work, creating real value.
4 · Profound Hospitality. The plan reaches the people you serve.
5 · Roadmap. What moved, and the rhythm that keeps it alive.
Ways to begin: the full engagement · a single principle · a leadership team retreat · a keynote that leads into a workshop
“His unique content and approach to training our team and in the delivery of unique organizational models is a huge benefit to our team, our board and our organization that will yield a great deal of success for years to come.” — Steve Dusek, President, Dakota Business Lending
WHO THIS IF FOR
You’re in the right place if…
• You’re successful by every outside measure, and hollow on the inside.
• You’re tired of being one person at church and another at work.
• You want your character, not just your competence, to define your leadership.
• You’re ready for change that goes deeper than strategy.

THE TOOLS BEHIND THE WORK
Do I have to be Catholic?
No. The work is rooted in the Christian faith and the Benedictine tradition, and all are welcome at this table.
What does spiritual guidance mean here?
Faith is part of the coaching, not added on top. We look honestly at your interior life alongside your business. If you are already doing formal spiritual direction this doesn’t replace it, it complements it.
Do we meet in person or online?
Available in person in Sioux Falls or online
What if I’m not ready?
We’ll say so in the discernment conversation. We would rather say “not yet” than start work that won’t succeed.
QUESTIONS
